• Receive the booking from customer / assign by HOD.
• Ability to execute the delivery to meet customer objective without error and mistake, strictly adhere to customer SOP.
• Provide good communication to customer and internal division bookings and ensure reporting to HOD for any critical matter or failure cases or disputed/delayed cases.
• Receive customer feedback and discuss with HOD for good action plan to improve the customer service.
• Monitor closely for all shipments and update to related parties until shipment arrives POD.
• Record customer complaint to relevant folder and come out with a correction action plan to avoid similar mistake from re-occurrence.
• Achieve personal revenue and sale goals setting by department HOD/Director.
• Develop and grow new customers to provide new business opportunities for company growth.
• Accountable for outstanding receivable on assigned customers for timely collections.

Safety Officer

• Ensure compliance with local health and safety and environmental regulation and when appropriate implement additional controls to meet company requirements
• Create safety awareness/culture within the Syabas Logistics Sdn Bhd.
• Ensure compliance to Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) regulation
• Establish, implement and maintain HSE Program and Safety Management System within Syabas Logistics Sdn Bhd.
• Determine appropriate PPE / Safety equipment
• Provide and conduct training related to HSE Program, Goods handling/delivery, and Facility Security Program
